Salad recipe with pomegranate and nuts

Here is a recipe for a delicious salad with pomegranate:

Ingredients:

1 garnet
4 cups fresh spinach or a mix of leafy greens
1/2 cup nuts (walnuts, nuts or almonds), toasted
1/2 cup cubes of feta or Dutch cheese
1 apple, cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Clean the pomegranate by extracting the grains.

In a large bowl, combine spinach, nuts, cheese cubes, apple slices and pomegranate seeds.

In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly covered with sauce.

Serve the salad with pomegranate immediately. You can decorate with additional pomegranate seeds and nuts.

Useful properties:
Nuts - strengthens the immune system.
Pomegranate - helps strengthen joints.
